Pasta Plant
Pasta is a popular
Italian food item. It comes in various shapes and sizes. They are made
by semolina flour. The flour is extruded into the shape of of the Pasta
to be made like Macaroni, Vermicelli, and Spaghetti etc and dried. By
changing the die in the extruder we can get the desired pasta. The
dried pasta are later packed.
Machines involved in Pasta Plant:
a) LS-51 : Flour Mixer
To mix the semolina flour with warm water and prepare the dough for Pasta
b) LS-63 : Single Screw Extruder
To extrude the
flour into desired shape of pasta. Different die can be used to make
Macaroni, Vermicelli, Spaghetti from the same extruder
c) LS-91 : Three-Way Drying Machine
To dry the Pasta and reduce their moisture contents
d) LX-55 : Automatic Pouch Packing Machine
To pack the Dried Pasta in printed pouches using suitable packing machine

a) Pasta Plant with capacity of 1 ton per 8 hour shift
b) Pasta Plant with capacity of 3 ton per 8 hour shift
