Roti, typical
Indian bread, is a staple Indian food item. It is a daily consumable
item. For making Roti, the normal wheat flour is converted into thin
round sheets and Roasted.
Machines involved in Roti making Plant:
a) LS-101 : Dough Kneader
To prepare the dough from wheat flour for Roti by adding water to the flour
b) LS-106 : Extruder
To extrude the dough for Roti into small dough balls to form thin sheets
c) LS-111 : Sheeting & Cutting Machine
To form very thin sheets of dough of the required thickness and cut them into round shapes
d) LS-116 : Hot Plate
To cook and bake the Roti till golden brown in color
