Soya Nuggets Plant
Soya nuggets are
nutritious snacks balls made from Soya bean flour. They are very
healthy and easily digestible. To make Soya nuggets soya bean flour is
mixed with water and extruded through an extruder. The nuggets are
dried and packed.
Machines involved in Soya Nuggets Plant:

To mix the Soya bean flour with warm water to make suitable dough
b) LS-73 : Double Screw Extruder
To extrude the Soya bean meal into nuggets
c) LS-91 : Three Way Drying Machine
To dry the extruded Soya nuggets
d) LX-55 : Automatic Pouch Packing Machine
To pack the Soya nuggets into printed pouch
